Building a new home is one of, if not the biggest decision a family can make!  You want to make sure that all of the thoughts and dreams you have put on paper translates into your new home!  This alone is a task that requires a LOT of effort from a home builder.

Now, throw in to the equations the fact that you have a current home that you have outgrown.  You then ask that same builder to help sell this WHILE they are building your new home and, in the event it doesn’t sell please “buy this home from us”!  You are thinking this is crazy!  This can’t be done!

Well think again!  Not only did the family of William Fannin builders do this for us, they did it with as little pressure back to us as possible during the building process!  In fact, so little pressure we almost forgot we had a home to sell!  From the moment we stepped into the office of William Fannin builders and told Lisa exactly what we needed and what needed to be done, to the day we closed on our new Fannin home, the process felt like we were discussing the impossible dream to our family members and they simply “understood”!

In short, we have to say that if there is ever a time when you think you have reached the end of your rope and the ability to get the dream home for your family is just simply out of reach!  Think again!  We assure you that in the end, we could not have imagined any other family of builders to see, process and execute our dream other than the family of William Fannin Builders!
